On Sunday, January 12th, Intelligent Fitness Celebrates 13 years in our East Northport location. Although, Intelligent Fitness was founded in 2001, we’ve always celebrated our time in our current location, since it’s where we expanded our group programs.
Over the past 25 years, we’ve helped thousands of clients to take the first step towards building healthy, sustainable lifestyles. And as you know our goal has always been to improve your overall quality of life. So, yes! This is quite and achievement!
