Our 3k sq. foot studio offers a variety of original class compositions that includes: Strength Training Classes, TRX Suspension Training, Functional Training Classes, Core Classes, Bootcamp Classes, and Indoor Cycling Classes.

Small Group Classes that are designed to coach 6-10 people, which creates a non-intimidating environment, allows for more individualized attention from instructors, and adequate distancing from others.

In this setting, we are able to enhance supervision and customize each workout for each student.
