I've been going to Intelligent Fitness for many years and highly recommend this gym. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly there, from the instructors to the people who come to work out. Classes are very reasonably sized and reasonably priced. The instructors really care, and don't judge you, they just root for your success. I've met wonderful people and made many new friends at IF. My favorite classes are Stacey's Strong & Firm, and Lauren's spin classes. They're the best!

Intelligent Fitness is beyond excellent!! It's a non judgemental environment that focuses on the workout. Phil and Stacey treat their clients like family. I leave feeling so much better than when I walked in.
