positive review  After a long hiatus (aka mommyhood) I happened upon Intelligent Fitness on Groupon in my search for reunion with a spin bike - fabulous place! Owners are wonderful and Lauren’s Saturday am class was just the spin I needed to jump start my 50 something bum back into the fitness arena. Love the environment - small setting, focused and non judge mental!! Timing for the Sat am 30 min spin/30 min strength perfect pairing for full time working mom!!
