Cycle-n-Core

A great mix of Indoor Cycling and Abs!!

This is a 45 minute class that’s a mix of Indoor Cycling and Abdominal work.  It consists of 30 minutes on the bike followed by 15 minutes of floor work to condition your lower body and core.

I hope you get the full appreciation you deserve. You guys are extremely aware and attentive to your clients which is not found anywhere else.  I wanted to thank you guys for your gym, having the best instructors, and all that you do.
