A Functional Interval Training Class, combining Sycle and Strength!

This is a 45 minute Functional Interval Training class that combines sycle and strength in one workout. This class consists of cardio bursts on the bike followed by strength training off the bike.

All fitness levels are welcome!

 

I'm 75 years old and have trained with Phil every Sunday since 2001. He's Professional and knowledgable. His facility is sterile and clean. He's an important asset in my team of chosen medical professionals.
