This is a special 60 minute class of Barre and Pilates!!

This is a 60 minute class that hybrids all the benefits of Barre with the total-body strengthening of Pilates. The class design is aimed to improve your flexibility while working to firm, strengthen, and improve the repair process of your muscles.

Pilates and ballet postures are incorporated into this program. We begin by moving through a warm up of upper body exercises using light free weights, and transition into a progressive, flexibility and balance based training, aimed to improve your abdominal/lumbar strength. The class includes floor work to condition your lower body and abs, and finishes with a total body cool-down through a soothing, relaxing, stretching protocol.
